your idea is good and when i first read it, i was like "yeah, right on." i don't like mcdonalds but i see the point; these people could really use something normal, something everyday, even just for the psycological ease that life can get that way again.
however- there's a ton of problems in NOLA. there's hte rapes, the gangs, etc., and let's say you started distroing mickey ds; people would start fighting for those big macs. it could potentially make a situation worse.
