Did you know that the Red Cross turned down 15 food trucks that follow the college drum and band chor around?
--------i think the RC has valid reasons for this.
The y can not accept random help, they want it to be done as they are used to doing it. which requires experience and expertise to GUARANTEE the aid will arrive.
