I would think tent cities are more of a Red Cross fault.
Did you know that the Red Cross turned down 15 food trucks that follow the college drum and band chor around? 15. 1 truck can feed 200-250 people a day. The Red Cross turned them away and said 'we'll do it our own way.'
Fuck them. The Red Cross is doing a shitty job. 15 trucks feeding 250 people a day. Do the math ya know.
