Hey everyone, been out of the loop the last couple days away from work and moving.
Been thinking while watching news coverage - they keep talking about no communication...no phones...no radios...no electricity, to communicate with people still stranded in the city.
Why don't they fly planes overhead with banners that tell people where to go? I know it would take some time to prepare big readable banners, but seems like future disasters should have this in the communication plans.
It's just horrible down there, I keep thinking that if a major city were ever hit by a nuke, this is what it would be like as far as destruction goes (minus the radiation).
