Low income and you can't hop on a bus or a train or evacuate through hitchiking, etc.
Man there is stupid, then there is really stupid. (including myself in the really stupid hehe)
no offense but if I'm a low income individual and I see the affluent people gettin' the hell out of town, what I gonna' do? I'm gonna' get the H*LL out of town.
