if you want make a volume 3!!!! its easy and i can even host it for you if you want! look at jeremy, he missed the chance to get the first book as well, and see BAM! 2 volumes!!!
this is totally for fun! anyone can start a book, i understand your fustrations but directing it at scarabin is wrong, there is a lot more people involved in this and your opinion is very welcomed into this but keep the attitude in check!
