Had one for about 6 months now. USB Cable works fine, you just have to be awar eof naming conventions and folder structure before you start copying things on at random.
WiFi is great, the PSP automatically searches for any wireless networks within range and sets it up. You can't transfer files that way yet though, maybe in future firmware updates. All it is used for is checking for updates and network gaming.
