    I also don't have the energy to read all these posts....

    But, I've just spent alot of time watching all of the video clips from the american news channels and what I've noticed more than the ethnicity of the looters is the gerneral ethnicity of all the people emerging from their homes today.

    In almost 90% of the cases the person being interviewed was african american... which leads to a much biggers question. Why is it that you see less white people wading down the street in water carrying their remaining posessions. It seems that more white people were able to flee the city before Katrina hit. The footage today is evidence of the major social divide, and really begs the question; what has created this social/racial division.
