was just teeling this story last night
A couple of years ago I was hiring for a mid weight designer.
First guy came in and really liked his work. He had the gift of the gab and sounded too good to be true. Really wanted him onboard but wanted to talk to a couple of others first.So another guy comes in and presents some pieces of work that the first guy had already shown me.Turned out that the first guy had lifted the work and was totally full of shit. Looking at it from the employers point of view it better to be safe than sorry
