Bring a set of crayons with you on the day of the test, and some incense. Light the insense and stare intently at the crayons for about ten minutes before you start the test.
That'll make a great impression - and if they still hire you think about all the shit you can get away with by saying "I am a creative genius. This is how I do things. You'll have to just deal with it."
