do you think that most of the media leans to the left (as far as personal views)? (polls of media answer a clear yes on this)
please show polls. I think good journalists don't lean in their stories, they report. It's the mSm that tends to spin. As far as individual leanings, sure, people lean one way or another - doesn't mean they report that way. Also, much of this has more to do with news directors than reporters, imo.

when they spin stories, sure. any kind of spin is deception at it's base.

if they do, then they're not reporting. there is line betwixt editorial and news. real journalists have no political agenda [see NewsHour].
