    I was going to ask, can people from another country buy stuff only sold in another contries?

    like can people from US buy stuff from Japan in Ebay and stuff? OR in this case people from Europe, can they buy PSP?

    movies are region locked. europe and japan are the same region, the US are a different region. games are not region locked. any game will play on any PSP.
