Whatever happens just relize that things around work will never be the same.
I've worked at a few places where this has happened and the only way it has worked out without blowing up is when the couple confess they are "dating". If its casual sex or just plain wild sex and people don't conceive it as "a relationsip" then work will be uncomfortable.
ps. If you're planning on keeping it secret, you will get found out. Even if it is months after you stop doing it.
