Jeremy, is the list already complete? And what are the exact limitations? Since I think it's not that clear for everybody
(including myself).What I know from a BlackBook is, that Everything Goes. Whether it's hand drawn, objects, or print out stuff combined with hand writing etc.
The space is 1 spread, and how the designer would fill in is her/his "problem" to tackle.Might be handy to make a list how the book would be swapped to who first, next etc. National postage, covering designers in the same country can be handy and quicker for the end results.
(easier and quicker to pass on).BTW. You can even make a Remix version of Part 2, by re-sending the book or highres pdf to the People who did Part 1 of the book. And vice versa. In this way, you would have 2 extra editions completely remixed :)
