you ever hear of ADVISORS? The man... Bush... has multiple advisors filling him in, aiding him on decisions etc etc... and all you fuckers can do is bash him cuz you see him working as usual.. but making sure the public is aware THAT HE IS AWARE. He's commented that IT'S BEING WORKED ON.
