I think you need to relax bro. She's probably fine. Is she the kind of person that would be wise enough to evacuate and get out of harm's way?
Even if she is or isn't, the next question is - would she be trying to call everyone she's ever known to tell them she's okay?
She could be in the SuperDome as far as you know, and there's no phone service or electricity there.
It's the day after the storm, too early to call authorities to report someone missing. When was the last time you talked to her anyways?
