dont bother minimizing... its a get effect but in order to re-open the windows you need to click them in the dock....
APPLE-H to hide the app and ALL its open windows when you want to open them again either click on the icon of the app or APPLE-TAB threw your open apps until you get to the open you wand boom there is all your work.
