Go in the clothes that are, in your own judgement, both professional and comfortable. If, for example, it's a strict suit and tie place and you're a dark jeans and a jacket person, that tells you something. A job interview is as much you feeling them out as vice versa.
Head in there wearing the same thing you'd feel is appropriate day in and day out. From there, let your brain and your work do the talking. If their assessment of you comes down to having an issue with what you wore then you probably don't want to work there anyway.
