  i guess what i'm wondering is whether or not these drugs are nothing more than a very efficient way to eliminate a section of the populace that is vastly underperforming,

  or how about a handy alternative to heavy industry jobs and vocational training/apprenticships? or a nice blanket excuse for failing to find investment in peoples lives, futures and environments?
