teh advert isnt for the small minority of people that are currently deciding whether or not they might smoke heroin over the next few days..
Its to mildly placate the tax payers fears of getting robbed by what they perceive is a growing, out of control junkie population.Heroin is the bottom.
Havent seen to many adverts lately warning against mdma.
