assasination like you mention tho, invites others to try their hand at it in your own country...
so they 'passed a law' saying not to do it..
which i can sort of understand..
it's done for sure..but no one wants to talk to much about it..like, bush...he didn't turn around the second he got in the office, and say, Clinton you fucker, you're gonna do some jail time for 'this and that'...
no president EVER is gonna force a previous president to do time or be arrested or whatever..
because he KNOWS that he may get caught for something, and the last thing he wants to do is create a precedent...same with assasination..

next thing you know Chavez in on the tele down south with some camera men saying 'look at this here assassin i just found in my pisser upstairs...looks pretty fucking american to me!...well George, keep your eyes peeled buddy boy...my guys are all over washington and if you step the fuck out of the white house youre cooked!...next thing you know....it's chaos or something..
