We had this on AE, and his name was Phil. On his first day at the job, everyone went to the bar after work to celebrate with the guy was leaving and Phil was replacing. Phil got into an arguement with some guys at the bar, and basically got his ass beat. The next day he had to go to work with a beaten up face, puffy lips, and a black eye. Brad, an AD, took pictures of it and saved it. During the Christmas party (a few years later), Brad made life size printouts for everyone to wear as a mask. Phil wasn't happy about that.
