    raw bird sacrament:

    heaps of calcium, very good for you

    2 bunches kale
    2 avocados
    2 lemons
    sea salt

    wash the kale and add the meat of the avocados and the juice of the lemons and a bit of salt. squidge the whole lot together with your fingers. makes a super nice salad. the lemon juice and salt break down the kale a bit so that it's digestible raw. same principle as ceviche.
