The first one is true; the other 2 could be true. I lived in Logan for 3 years. There are some crazy people and even crazier morals and rules in that place. After reading that report that jevad posted, all I could think about was how bad they lie in UT. When I say they I mean officials. Law enforcement will do whatever it takes so they don't look bad in this situation. UT sucks. Nice place to hike and shit, but that's about it.
