im sitting in 3 bedroom house which i rent for 500 bucks a month in orange it was such a find. 2 awesome roommates right near chapman university (girls) and 2 blocks from the circle.
however, lvl_13 i would absolutely love to move down to 56 st in newps. my dream is to own this one house right at 56 and the sand. its so amazing. anyway if you find a place there by the winter. ill pay up to 11 hundred a month. :-) sweet let me know man.
