Sorry for the prices being slightly higher than I reported, Shellie was much more detailed with locations, I was just generalizing. I worked in Corona del Mar at Bandera up until 2 years ago, but never moved into the area, prices were better for me in Huntington, though I have a lot of friends in the Newport/CDM area.
