Just picked up a black Razor yesterday. I love it!
I made a test account before switching my old number to the new one, to see if the reception would work in my loft. It's perfect. My old (well, 1 year old) mp200 barely got a signal, and couldn't keep it for more than 5 seconds. The Razor works even in the back room on the first floor.
I'd recommend it.
However, if you don't need to swtich #s, I'd buy it from www.letstalk.com. They have a FREE rebate (read the fine print, it's ridiculous, but it's still $200 off). Or look at BestBuy, they've got better deals than I got from the Cingular store (it's my biz line, so making sure the phone # transistion was flawless was easily worth my $200).
