...another example of the gonkish actions happened the other day - the client requested that I transfer ownership of a domain to their client - no problem, so made the relevant instructions to the relevant people - and informed the client that he would need to follow my step by step how to set up an account guide.
Thinking it was all sorted - I got a phone call ranting about breach of contracts and legal proceedings against either myself or the ISP!!!! I let him rant for a little and then asked the question is it showing up in your account yet? - ...account? what account? came the reply!
what a dick! if they didn't owe me as much money on other accounts I'd tell them to whistle!!!
Still nearly the weekend!
