I would probably sprint home and take a shower after that. But I understood why she wanted to make everything 'evenly' wet. I've spilled chocolate milk on myself more than a few times.
One time I did right before classes started in the morning (in high school), on my white pants. I was forced to go through the day like that, with another shirt tied around my waist to cover some of the mess.
Another time, I fell in a mud puddle outside of my school, while holding some assignments in my hands. Around 10 people were outside, so it wasn't horribly bad, but this guy I liked saw me and asked if I was ok. Anyway, my work was ruined and I had to walk around all muddied up.
