Yes the flick does have the curse of overhype...and that always yields a little bit of negativity whether it is deserved or not. I remember Batman 1 being overhyped and ppl hating on it for it without even seeing it. And lest we forget the Phantom Menace? (though overhype had nothing to do with bad word of mouth for that garbage)
