Track down 'Clutter' for album artwork. It searches Amazon.com while you listen and grabs covers. It can also search google images If you listen to a lot of generic shit, or music that amazon sells it'll get the covers right 99.5% of the time. If you listen to a lot of independent stuff though it won't be too useful.
Can't help you with ID3 tags though. I usually fill them out myself when I pop in a CD if they're not available online, then submit them to the CDDB so the next person to inset the CD will have ALL of the right details pop up for them.
