colour me impressed..
thats absolutely the best, very best advice i've ever seen on NT regarding pulling allnighters..
although it's been a few years since i've had to do it for work, that was pretty close to what i used to do....
i think 'smoke a lot of cigs' was in there for me tho..
which doesn't help...that sorta makes ya feel like crap in the morning..
but you're aces on the 'no' junk food and plenty of water..
