pitching is my favorite part...it's the actual fulfillment of contracts that always kick my ass.
POINTERS:
-drink lots of water, stay hydrated-eat healthy foods ONLY and keep snacking through the night to keep blood sugar levels up
-no sugar, soda, candy, etc. or you'll crash
-no caffeine before 11pm
-music, music, music!
