may i recommend relaxing with the following directions.
1. close eyes
2. close hands
3. breathe deeply
4. concentrate on your pulse. try to feel your heartbeat.
5. tighten your hands until they are fists. then concentrate on the pulse in your hands. this will help you focus.
6. open your mouth and take a deep breath.
7. lash out with eyes still closed.
8. when you hit something, dont look but keep hitting it until it stops moving.
9. one more deeeeeeep breath.
10. open eyes
11. view the destruction
12. smile with satisfaction
13. light a joint.
