it looks like you have information within 1/8th of an inch from the edge on this new version of the card. Check your printers specs but most won't print with vital info in the gutter.
I don't know what you back looks like, but a wise man told me once to always make sure that you can write on your business card somewhere. I'd try a lighter colour on the back.
As far as the text on an angle goes, I really like the idea but I think your first version was a stronger design.
