get to the army base as quick as possible, and wait for the hummer to come out from the base. it should take a couple of minutes for the hummer to come out of the base.
took me a while to figure that mission out.

(Aug 11 05, 10:41)that just took forever!!!! and now i did that mission when i had to hijack the airplane in mid air and i kept passing the plane.
that girlfriend from las venturas, i shot her in the face caz i aint got time to schmooze her, and it turned out i got that swipe card for free!
