yeah- I usually get jobs based on my real... but then the producers and art directors expect me to act like some sort of prima donna (how alot of motion designers in LA are) and thats just not in me. I'm not the kinda desiger that needs to be told that I've done a amazing job or that I've just broken new ground- I don't like being a pain in the ass (just as long as the check clears...) anway having a good attitude is a good way to be asked to come back and work on other exciting projects...
