Nice one parasalene. My thoughts exactly.
There's also nothing wrong with FrontPage. I use it at work because it was cheaper than getting Dreamweaver (volume licensing with MS here) 2005 version is pretty decent, and since I'm really only using it to code the CSS, it's not tossing in all it's useless crap that bogs it down.
