i generally run my stuff at 31. sometimes less depending on what it is.
if it is a cartoon, then i'll run it around 18. but i rarely do cartoons anymore anyway...
i like to watch porn at 5fps cuz that way i get the full effect and i can see everything and take it in. just something to keep in mind. =)
