I will only say this.
The U.S. is fucked either way.
If they pull the troops out it sends a world-wide message that given time, we will give up which is a HORRIBLE message to send to countries whom are on the edge of causing major chaos.
If we leave our troops there, we're fucked because we're fighting a battle we can't win. The world has gone P.C. and we can no longer go in and with one swoop destroy legions of men. That all ended with the 'road of death' in Iraq when Desert Storm took place. Now more than ever the media have turned against the war and the troops and put them at a serious disadvantage. If a troop shoots a man believed to be hiding a bomb playing possum he is now convicted of murder.
So basically, either way we're fucked no matter how you look at it.
