  they're not that difficult to create, you just need to proper scientist (infrastructure) to do so. Importation of those scientists generally, especially in places like Iran. Where do you think they get the technology from...

  Studying where? At an Iranian Univesity. bahahhahhaha, yeah right, try USA, Russia and a few others.
