    Nukes are stategic or tactical. Tactical are designed for use in a limited setting on a specific battlefront - the "bunker buster" bombs are a good example of a tactical nuke. Really refers to size and type of deployment strategy. Strategic nukes are the ones that can blow up cities and generally sit atop ICBM's.
