what are we talking about here? strictly development or design too?
its tough to give you a rate as its a savage market here, but its bound to be a tithe of what is charged in North America.
if its any indication, a well paid developer here gets about US$300 - 500/month. Art Directors could make anything from US$800 to 1200 /month.
