Ahhh, interesting, where about in DE? You are WAAAAAY ahead of the game, she knows the culture and customs. Once you're in one country over there, much of it is the same. IMO, very compact and easy lifestyle.
That jobs in dubai link has some FANTASTIC contractor gigs. Like 80 to 90K for basic sh*t.
