I'm with dobolina on this one.
There are plenty of countries out there with nukes, North Korea being one of them
And they are no feasible threat cause they know they will get wasted. How do I know this..cause this is how my friend, who is a diplomat in south Korea, assesses the situation.
Far more believable than crack-pot consipracy theories spouted by people who have abandonded reason for emotion.
