    I do this all the time with Ai files in Acrobat Pro 6. I drag all the files into Acrobat, then from the menu choose File > Create PDF > From Multiple Files
    A dialog window will popup with a list of all open files in it. Reorder them if you wish, then hit OK. File > Save > Ta Da!
    Or drop them all into a single Illustrator document and adjust the artboard as needed.

    Clearly lots of options here for you.
