Sure - fyi, hexachrome is basically a process to acheive more saturated colors than 4 color process. It's 6 color process, thus richer. Flourescents are probably the way to go but you may need to get a custom ink mixed. I'm not sure, but a lot of times flourescent inks require UV presses. Make sure that's within your budget and the press capabilities.
