yeah but if you don't know cock about web pages/URLs and servers, blogs are pretty empowering.
when i was a kid i got a walkie talkie set for x-mas. if i used the walkie talkies by the tv, the signal would get distorted. my dumb ass thought i was actually broadcasting. i sang songs and announced that tv shows were cancelled. blogs are like that.
