one of my mates got married over a year ago. the best man, during his speech said something like "I've known graig for a long time and we have been through a lot of things together... fortunately, none of them can be here this evening"
(the pair of them were known to be players)
a lot of the older folk (and more importantly, his wife) missed or didnt get the joke ... we were all pissin ourselves though
