BS, it's still an attempt at gaining an edge over your opponent and he deserves the suspension and even more.
At his age, he shouldn't care anyway. He looks like a bloated Frankenstein in comparison to how he looked in Tejas.
Black mark for Raffy in my book. Play fair or get out. That's like giving a larger strikezone to one pitcher and not anyone else.
